How early should I place the order?
For smaller bulk orders(40-60), give us a 24-hour notice. For mega orders (100+ burgers, full events, or catering setups), 48–72 hours keeps things smooth, hot, and perfectly timed.
Do you deliver large orders?
Yep! We deliver across our store locations. Delivery charges or distance limits may apply depending on the outlet. Self-pickup is also available if your team’s nearby and impatient (understandable).
Do you offer catering or on-site setups?
For special events, yes – we can do custom setups, mini-menus, or burger stations depending on the scale and space. Just mention it in your email and our team will help you flip the plan right.
Can we customise the menu?
100%. Mix and match your favourites — burgers, fries, wraps & drinks. Got vegetarians? Picky eaters? Someone who eats only after 2 pm because “protein window”? We’ll work around it.
What payment methods do you accept?
All the usual suspects – UPI, cards, wallets, and net banking. For corporates, we can also arrange invoice-based payments upon request.
Any special discounts or offers for large orders?
Of course – bigger orders, better deals. We’ve got curated corporate packs, limited-time offers, and discounts that scale with order size. Tell us what you’re planning, and we’ll send options that make your finance team smile.
Can we place recurring orders?
Absolutely. If your team has a weekly or monthly burger ritual (we respect that), we can set up a recurring plan with priority prep, billing, and delivery.

Do you handle last-minute orders?
We’ll try our best. If your order isn’t too massive and our grills aren’t overloaded, we can make it happen within a few hours. But fair warning – quality first, chaos never.
