"I have been here for three months now, and it's been a wonderful experience for me so far. I love the fact that I had a chance to meet the founders here, whereas, at other organizations, you don’t ever get to interact with or get to know the people you’re working for. There is a lot of scope for growth and I really hope I continue to progress here. We had a funny incident here at the store once, a customer walked in asking how much it would cost to get a 'vada pav' — I think he was trying to pull a prank on us but it was quite funny for our team. My hobbies include traveling and cooking. I can make a mean biryani! My favorite burger here used to be The Cluckinator, but now it's The Thrilla."

We celebrate small joys like employee birthdays, something that wasn't the norm in my last workplace. It's not a high-pressure work environment, we operate like one big happy family, and happy employees will always perform well. We work in a corporate area, and in the short time since we opened in Udyog Vihar, I have come across so many loyal fans of our burgers. We have one customer who'll always call ahead and ask to have her order ready for pick-up and she's always insisting we open an outlet in Dwarka as she's certain we'll do really well there. I love coming across our loyal customers and talking to them. They always have such lovely things to say about our food. When I’m not working, I enjoy gaming and traveling. And my favorite burger here is The Grilla."

"Ever since I joined, I have had the opportunity to learn something new every month and I've seen a lot of personal growth and progress. I have just recently been promoted to Trainee Associate and I couldn't have done it without the help of my senior teammates who've groomed me and taught me well. Back when I began working at the Thane outlet, we used to enjoy our flow of work there, we would never get bored because our seniors helped us derive a lot of joy from our work. Whether our outlet was filled with 15 people or 100 on any given day, the joy we derived from helping them walk away with a pleasant experience is a sense of satisfaction I cannot explain. I personally love giving our customers burger recommendations, if they are new or returning customers, I like to make sure that their dine-in experience is a pleasant one every single time. When I am not at work, I enjoy working out and staying on top of my fitness game. My favorite burger is The Kerfuffle."

"I arrived here from Ahmedabad in 2018 and I've been working at Good Flippin' Burgers since 2021. It has been quite a roller coaster ride but a rewarding one nonetheless. At the present moment, I am pursuing a banking and finance course at Mithibai College, where I attend classes immediately after completing my work shifts here. This job is helping me support myself through it and I feel grateful to be surrounded by such supportive colleagues in my team. My team taught me everything I needed to know to serve our customers well. Receiving special mentions in Zomato reviews for great service has been a testament to just how much I've grown and progressed here. It makes me feel proud! I have developed interpersonal relationships with some of the patrons who visit our Bandra outlet regularly. In fact, I have this customer who makes it a point to seek me out and ask me to recommend him a new burger from our menu every time he comes in. When I'm not working, I enjoy traveling around and finding great spots to eat. My favorite burger is the Vegan Seagal."

"I have been working here since September 2022 and it's been a wonderful experience so far. It's so different from all the other places I worked at before this, there is such a strong emphasis on employee care, and you can see it. After I am done with my day-to-day tasks of finishing up reportings, I take the time out to work at all stations, especially product making. I find that it helps me refresh my knowledge of our products and I've noticed that the team also feels supported when their manager is working alongside them at a ground level. I have learned so much ever since I've been working here, like how to grill a chicken properly. I have been acquainted with the different kinds of aromas while cooking meat. I feel like my work experience has expanded to a whole new world and I am enjoying every minute of it. In my free time, I enjoy going on long drives and spending time with my family.
